Getting paid by Copypanther is easy!
Whether you’re an experienced panther or new to the group, it’s easy to get paid by Copypanthers. When you register at Copypanthers you fill out your PayPal address, this is what we use to process your payments.
To make life easier we’ll answer some of the questions you might have:
When will I get paid?
Payments are made per project to your PayPal account. All payments are made within 10 business days of the project being invoiced. If you’re not sure when the projects was invoiced, ask your PM.
How will I get paid?
- Electronic transfer through PayPal
- Without an invoice: Make sure you are registered at the Jobpool or via our jobs page.
- With an invoice: Check the requirements and our invoice details.
- Currency of payment: The currency of the payment is always the currency in which the project was sold. You can convert the payment to your own currency when you receive the funds.

“Last time, I got paid in 2 days. Why is it taking longer?”
Our policy is to always pay within 10 days of the invoicing date. If you get your payment faster, it is a bonus because we strive to be as fast as possible. Otherwise, just hold on and it should be on the way!
“Can I get paid via bank transfer, Skrill/MoneyBookers or Western Union?”
As part of our move towards launching our platform, we have migrated to a PayPal-only payment system. We apologize for any inconvenience but we are very confident in PayPal as a reliable intermediary.
“Why do I have to pay fees for currency exchanges in PayPal?”
Sadly we are not able to do anything about this at the moment. We are really sorry for the inconvenience.
The pluses of working with Copypanthers are that you get paid right after each job is invoiced, you don’t have to stress about or chase your payments (so long as you have registered your PayPal email with us), and you always have a fun pack of Panthers to work with!
“Can I use a PayPal address belonging to someone else?”
Yes. Using someone else’s PayPal address is up to your discretion. Copypanthers is not responsible if you, personally, are not able to recover the funds.
