Basic job info

  • Working hours: Monday-Friday 09:30-18:30
  • Vacation: 1st year: 15 days; 2nd year: 20 days
  • Stock options package for panthers that add value.
  • Compensation: Good base salary + fantastic commission.

Responsibilities:

Outbound sales calls, B2B
  • Generates prospective customers through cold calling, LinkedIn, fairs and following up on qualified and non-qualified leads.
  • You will spend 50%-60% of your time spent making outbound calls/contacts to ensure every opportunity to maximize sales revenues.
  • You will spend 40%-50% of your time asking existing happy clients for references (becoming affiliates) and finding new pains (needs in the market).
  • Responsible for entering accurate customer and sales data into CRM and related systems.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in selling B2B solutions, online advertising and SEO.
  •  Exceptional communication skills in English + another language.
  • Proven consistent results meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Relationship building:  able to build rapport with client contacts and fully understand current or hidden needs/pains.
  • Account development: find opportunities
  • Upbeat, positive attitude (high energy)
  •  Must love the start up environment
