Customer Development Representative
Qualify new international clients and hand them over to our Account Executives using our cold calling 2.0 method (doesn’t involve cold calls).
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- One year at a sales call center. Being comfortable on the phone is a must.
- Result-driven! A large portion of the compensation package is based on comissions.
- Fluent spoken and written English. Another European language is a big plus as you will be calling foreign clients mostly.
- Must love the startup environment
- Having lived abroad is a big plus as it will be easier to bond with the clients you call.
- 3 weeks of vacation first year, 4 weeks of vacation second year.
- Fixed salary + commission for each requalified prospect. Target monthly salary of 5,500 TL.
- Working hours 10:00 – 19:00 Mon-Fri.
